However, our patients are our number one priority and responsibility to the media must be reconciled with protection of patients’ rights to privacy and confidentiality, including the right not to be interviewed or photographed without their written consent. The Public Relations Department provides the media and the community with information about the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
