How to Make an Appointment
Services are delivered to children and youth who have potentially life limiting illnesses and who may have distressing symptoms where the possibility of cure is limited. This includes appropriate support for the families and staff involved and the primary team. Referrals and/or consultations are physician-to-physician and should be directed to the intake team.
