New Graduate Mentorship Programs
CHEO is pleased to support new graduate nurses as they enter the profession following graduation. Nurses new to the profession are supported in clinical practice by a mentor who will work with the new graduate to identify learning needs, facilitate opportunities to meet learning needs and to acquire new skills and to develop confidence in his/her own knowledge, skills and judgment.
