CHEO/OCTC's Patient/Family Representative, Maureen Jones, is there for you. The purpose of her job is to represent and help patients, families and clients through advocacy and problem-solving both during and after a visit or stay. She advocates and works to strengthen, personalize and enhance the relationship between children/families and us. She is available to help you understand some of your rights and our policies and procedures. She also makes sure that child and family feedback (positive or negative) is heard and used to ensure CHEO/OCTC's care is the best possible.
