Ontario’s Better Outcomes Registry & Network (BORN) was established in 2009 to collect, interpret, share and rigorously protect critical data about pregnancy, birth and childhood in the province. BORN makes a positive and lasting contribution to the health of mothers, newborns, children and the citizens of Ontario.
