Audiology Clinic
CHEO's Audiology clinic supports youth with suspected or confirmed hearing loss. Our program provides a full range of hearing tests and auditory rehabilitative services. We offer assessments for all children ages 0-5. CHEO Audiology may also see school-aged children 6 - 17 years who have a significant developmental delay and who cannot complete conventional testing in a community clinic. The Audiology clinic is located in clinic B on the first floor of CHEO's main campus.
Our clinic is a designated diagnostic and rehabilitation centre for the Infant Hearing Program. We do NOT offer screenings at CHEO Audiology. To books a screening, contact your IHP representative:

Ontario Residents: Child can be screened before 2 months of age. Please call IHP at 613-688-3979 x 3453, or visit their website Infant Hearing Program to find your local IHP.

Our clinic does not dispense or sell hearing aids.
How to make an appointment
The CHEO Audiology Referral Form may be submitted by:
- A physician,
- A speech language pathologist with the First Words Program, or
- The Infant Hearing Screening Program
