Back in May 2018, we embarked on a journey to imagine “CHEO of the future”. All Ontario health care systems have to undergo a master planning and visioning exercise – it’s mandated by the government to create a business plan for the next 25 years. OTTAWA — A paper published today in Pediatrics suggests that children and youth who do not sleep enough and use screens more than recommended are more likely to act impulsively and make poorer decisions.
